About Ready Tours

Ready Tours are free, virtual workshops where refugee claimants prepare for their refugee hearings and learn about the refugee appeal process. 

Attend a Ready Tour to learn about the refugee hearing and appeal processes from someone who works at the Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada (IRB). Ask your questions, connect with others, and learn how to prepare!

How to take a Ready Tour

  • Register online
  • Choose your language (a free interpreter is provided)
  • Get an email to confirm you are signed up 
  • Get the Microsoft Teams link for your Ready Tour
  • Join your Ready Tour on a computer, tablet, or phone!
